Prices shown on this website are for Sterling Silver. Prices for metal other than Sterling Silver will be calculated considering current market
value of that metal (14K yellow, 14K white, 14K rose) Platinum or 18K yellow are also available by special request.

SHIPPING COSTS
Standard insured shipping, when shipped in the US, can be calculated from your zip code by our built in calculator provided by UPS and
US postal service . It will be automatically added to your shopping cart when you check out. Orders outside the state of Florida are free of
sales tax. Purchases in the state of Florida are subject to 6% sales tax. UPS or FedEx will not ship to a PO Box.
FOREIGN ORDERS
Any foreign orders will have to be calculated through a direct phone order and/or email to Thistle Hill Creations before processing can be
completed. We can not accept checks or money orders in currencies other than US dollars (in this respect the US banking system is very
much behind the rest of the world). Credit cards are the best method of payment. It is easy for us and the customer gets the best possible
exchange rate. If credit card payment is not an option we can take bank drafts or money orders payable in US Dollars. Taxes and tariffs
may be due upon receipt. Each country has it's own rules. Taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of you, the recipient.
Foreign orders are most economically shipped through the post office, but not all counties can be insured. Canada by insured post is $10.
Most other countries are from $15 to $30 for small jewelry packages. Federal Express to Canada is $25 with an additional Up-charge of
$25 to rural areas. Other countries Federal Express is from $25 to $50 with an additional Up-charge of $25 to rural areas. Taxes and
tariffs may need to be paid as well.
RETURN POLICY
::You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within three days of having received your order for a full refund.
::All goods returned are at the senders expense. A refund of shipping costs will only be considered if the return is a result of our error
(wrong item shipped).
::Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to
manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Our
liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement, free repair or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty,
providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods.
::Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep
the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping
company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.
::If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or
replacement on goods which are damaged during return shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Ring Sizes:
Free within 90 days of purchase. Customer pays shipping to us and we pay standard ground shipping back to the customer or gift
recipient the first time. Rings are usually exchanged rather than enlarged or cut down. Gold or platinum rings that cross into higher or
lower priced size ranges will be charged or refunded the difference in price.
Repairs:
We only repair jewelry that we made or sold. If the damage is due to faulty materials or workmanship there is no charge for repair or
replacement. Damage caused by wear and tear or accidents are repaired at charges based on the effort required. We will probably need
to see the piece to estimate charges.
Exchange or refund:
Please make exchanges or refund requests within 30 days of purchase. Customer pays shipping to us and we pay standard ground
shipping back to the customer or gift recipient.

What we need from you:
A note enclosed with the returned item that includes:
your name & address
phone number
explain what you want us to do.
It is preferable if you return a copy of the invoice sent with the order. In case the item was a gift or the invoice has been lost please state
who purchased it and approximately when.
You usually do not need to call before you make a return or exchange. If you do call please be sure to enclose a note of explanation
anyway. Exchanges for size are serviced almost every day. The items returned without written explanation waste staff time and phone calls
trying to figure out what the customer wants. Feel free to call if you have questions but help us serve you efficiently by including a simple
note if you need to return something.
Shipping to Thistle Hill Creations:
Post Office, UPS or Federal Express shipments are all OK. The Post Office does not automatically insure packages, so uninsured
packages are shipped at your own risk. Please pack carefully. Jewelry can be bent and envelopes can tear out if they are not padded.
Boxes are best for shipping. Padded envelopes are good as well. Do not use plain paper envelopes.

Security
For security reasons Thistle Hill Creations reserves the right to insist on the following conditions on large expense orders, especially
precious metal or Please do not take offense at these policies. These are in reaction to increased use of stolen or fraudulent credit card
numbers and checks.
For credit card orders the shipment address must match the billing address that the credit card statement is mailed to. We can and do
check this detail.
Orders paid by personal checks will be held 15 working days, to give the check time to clear the bank. If you are in a hurry please send a
money order or a cashier’s check.
Orders valued over $500 will be shipped by United States Post Office Registered Mail.
We reserve the right to decline shipment of orders outside the United States and US possessions.
All items are made to order and finished by hand. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks when ordering.
